Northgate Centre property sells for nearly $23 million

Los Angeles-based Griffin Capital Corp. has purchased Northgate Corporate Centre for $22.8 million.

The facility houses a national call center. The purchase includes a three-story parking structure.

Northgate is leased by Waste Management Inc., based in Houston. The lease has about10 years remaining.

Northgate sits on about 13 acres and is subject to a ground lease with the Arizo­na State land trust, which expires in 2095.

Jim Fijan, CBRE executive vice president, worked on the transaction.
