Prescott considers 160-apartment Willow Creek complex

Plans for a 160-unit apartment complex along Willow Creek Road, and new security equipment in the downtown parking garage will be among the topics the Prescott City Council will discuss this week.

The council study session will take place at 3 p.m. Tuesday, at Prescott City Hall, 201 S. Cortez.

The council will consider two actions relating to the development of the Willow Creek Apartments at 3149 Willow Creek Road, including: the site plan for the project and the Planned Area Development (PAD); and the water service agreement for 40 acre-feet of water.
