Pulte Homes nearing completion on development at Bella Via

On Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent field surveys within its Williams Gateway North Submarket, Pulte Homes was nearing completion on its addition at the Bella Via Master Planned Community (located around Ray Road and Mountain Road). According to Pulte, the newly developed lots will accommodate a change up in the previously offered product. Pulte will begin offering its Cactus Series and Majesty Series homes on the new lots.

On Belfiore’s drive-by of the site, it appeared as though all underground utilities were installed. The model home complex was finished, and according to Pulte the models are expected to open January 29, 2014.
