Scottsdale the only Arizona city to make the best-run list

Scottsdale came in sixth place in an annual ranking of the best-run cities in America, moving up four notches from last year.

For the third year in a row, Scottsdale landed on the list of the top-10 “best-run” cities by 24/7 Wall St., a financial news and opinion operation.

The top-ranked city was Irvine, Calif.

San Bernardino, Calif., less than an hour’s drive from Irvine, was the worst ranked.

No other Arizona cities made the list.
