The demand for quality housing in Dallas-Fort Worth has spurred Darling Homes to expand into its second phase of the McKinney residential community Tucker Hill.

The home builder — once based in North Texas prior to the company’s acquisition by Scottsdale-based Taylor Morrison Home Corp. — plans to build 21 homes in this phase starting in the $350,000s.
