Located on the Northeast corner of Hawes and Ocotillo, Taylor Morrison has 157 – 65’ x 120’ lots. After opening for sales on December 14^th, the sales associate reported 6 sales during the visit on January 2^nd. Taylor Morrison is offering its Expedition Series at Victoria Estates, which ranges in size from 2,271 – 3,958 sf and price from $269,990 – $317,990.

Queen Creek continues to receive a lot of attention from builders. Builders that are set to open new subdivisions in Queen Creek this quarter are Toll Brothers, Maracay, Cresleigh, Ryland, DR Horton, Lennar, K. Hovnanian, and Richmond American.
