DOJ sues Barron Collier Co. over vacant Phoenix lot

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a federal lawsuit against Florida-based Barron Collier Co. seeking $66.5 million related to parcels of land located at Central Avenue and Indian School Road. The lawsuit was filed last week in U.S. District Court in Phoenix and looks for money owed to the U.S. government by the real estate developer.
