Buckeye – Four Valley home builders have acquired the first 417 lots within the Victory age-restricted community being developed in the Verrado master plan in Buckeye. The builders are paying a combined $40.668 million to buy the first phase home sites, which are located near the northeast corner of Indian School Road and Verrado Way. The seller in the transactions is Verrado ARC LLC, a company formed by DMB Associates Inc. in Scottsdale (, pres.). The builders are Lennar Arizona Inc. and T.W. Lewis Active-Adult LLC, both in Tempe, and Maracay Homes LLC and Standard Pacific of Arizona Inc. , both in Scottsdale. The deals were brokered by Nate Nathan, Dave Mullard and Casey Christensen of Nathan & Associates Inc. in Scottsdale. To date, the four home builders have paid a total of $24.4+ million, which is 60 percent of the guaranteed finished lot prices. Another $16.267 million is due from the builders in the next six months. In all, there are about 6,000 residences planned within Victory, which encompasses roughly 2,000 acres of the 8,800-acre Verrado master plan. Continued
