Starting this summer, Simon Property Group will begin development on a Premium Outlet mall in Marana at the Twin Peaks/I-10 interchange.

The 360,000-square-foot outlet mall will offer daily savings at its estimated 100 designer and name brand stores. The outlet mall will cost $90 million to build.

“Marana is a growing community that offers scenic wonders, outdoor activities, world-class resorts, dining and entertainment for area residents and visitors to enjoy,” said Danielle DeVita, senior vice president of development and acquisitions for Premium Outlets Simon. “The site of the future home of Tucson Premium Outlets has visibility from Interstate 10 and will offer easy access to shoppers from the regional area and beyond.”
