During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent visit to Cactus at Desert Oasis in North Surprise, Pulte Homes reported 18 sales since December 13, 2013. A new phase of lots were recently released, and Pulte is currently selling its 40’ wide product on 77’ wide lots. Every available lot in the current phase has a premium, ranging from $6,500 – $14,900. Pulte’s homes, after a $5,000 increase since last survey, range in price from $176,990 – $217,990 and in size from 1,756 – 2,693 square feet.
