On Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s North Buckeye visit yesterday afternoon, Shea Homes was officially up and running at its newest attached product community, Vallarta at Verrado, located within DMB’s Verrado Master Planned Community. Since opening up for sales in the beginning of January, Shea reported 3 sales. The product is a mix of duplex and triplex plans ranging from 2,137-2,548 square feet. Base pricing ranges from $259,990-$289,990.
According to public record, Shea closed on the 63 finished duplex and triplex lots back on August 14, 2013. The transaction closed for $2,677,500 ($42,500 per lot). According to Shea Homes and Nathan & Associates, the deal terms included seller participation tied to net profit.
