Luis Ramirez, a city of Coolidge civil engineering inspector, was arrested Thursday by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, accused of sex crimes with a minor.
According to a press release from PCSO spokesman Tim Gaffney, detectives interviewed a 19-year-old woman about the alleged crimes, which include sexual molestation and assault that began 10 years ago.
The Sheriff’s Office was made aware of the allegations when a friend of the woman told detectives she feared for the victim’s safety.
