And the housing projects just keep on coming.
Six years after the housing bubble burst, Flagstaff is finally seeing development plans come down off the shelf and placed back into the planning pipeline.
This coming week will see three projects totaling more than 300 units come before the Flagstaff city Planning and Zoning Commission.
They follow the revival late last year of two projects in the I-40/Butler corridor — Juniper Point and Canyon del Rio — and a third at Little America that will total 4,500 new residential units.
