K. Hovnanian Homes opens Regency at Belcara Estates in Pinal County

Regency at Belcara EstatesDuring Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in its Queen Creek Submarket, K. Hovnanian Homes had opened its newest subdivision, Regency at Belcara Estates, which is located east of Ironwood Road and south of Pima Road. According to public record, K. Hovnanian purchased these 44 –  90’ x 155’  finished lots on November 1, 2013 for $3,772,000 ($82,000 per lot / $953 per front foot) (click here to view affidavit).  The homes range in size from 2,941 – 4,024 square feet and price from $342,990 – $384,990.

This is the third subdivision to open in the Queen Creek Submarket for K. Hovnanian this year.  Reserve at Cielo Noche and Symphony at Cielo Noche opened in January off of Hawes Road and Queen Creek Road.  According to its website, K. Hovnanian has another subdivision in the Queen Creek Submarket, Quail Creek, scheduled to open in June 2014.
