Pacific Proving Grounds development Unit 2 Phase 1 receives pre-plat approval

Harvard Investments recently received preliminary plat approval for the first phase of its Pacific Proving Grounds North Master Planned Community. The first phase is platted for a total of 654 single-family detached lots. Lot sizes will include: 45’x50’, 43’x125’, 48’x105’, 48’x125’, 53’x125’, 58’x125’ & 63’x125’. The preliminary plat was approved by the Mesa Planning and Zoning Commission at its February 19, 2014 meeting.

Pacific Proving Grounds is located just south of DMB’s Eastmark Master Planned Community, within Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s Williams Gateway North Submarket. The project team includes: Greey  Pickett as the Urban Planner / Landscape Designer and EPS Group as the Engineer.
