Don Henninger, publisher of the Phoenix Business Journal for 13 years, on Wednesday announced his plans to leave the paper.
He will stay with the PBJ until his successor is selected.
“This decision did not come lightly. I value my tenure at the Business Journal, and I deeply respect my colleagues,” Henninger said. “At this juncture, though, I am fulfilling my own desire to spread my wings.”
Henninger has spent 17 years with American City Business Journals, the PBJ’s parent company.
