Last week we knew that a Phoenix company had bought two old office buildings in downtown Seattle, but we didn’t know the price.

The answer, according to public records now available, is that Hannay Realty Advisors paid $13.75 million for the Broderick Building, at 615 Second Ave., and $9.3 million for the Miken Building, at 1417 Fourth Ave.

Hannay issued a press release announcing the acquisitions on Thursday, but King County did not post the recordings on its website until the following day.

The combined price is about 3 percent more than what the seller, Des Moines, Iowa-based Principal Real Estate Investors, paid for the two buildings in 2007.
