With Douglas Allred seeking entitlements at one end of the Price Corridor, Kieckhefer Properties is breaking ground in April for the Chandler 202. The 140KSF, three-story, Class A office is big news. It’s one of the first spec office buildings to come out of the ground this year.

Designed by Creo Architects, this building will be built by Willmeng Construction, Inc. Willmeng is the GC for the Allred Park Place project as well. The contractor is expected to complete the building by first quarter 2015. Cassidy Turley has the leasing assignment for the campus.

The building is located at Frye and Price roads just east of Loop 101 and is close to interchanges on both Loops 101 and 202. The building is designed with 45KSF floor plates and will work for either single or multi-tenant occupancy.
