A new effort to revitalize the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort & Suites is under way as a revised proposal to the already pending special-use permit has been filed this week with the Town of Paradise Valley.
“I can tell you that it is going to blow them away,” said John Pappas, principal of Scottsdale-based SCS Advisors, in a Feb. 26 phone interview.
“We were told that we had to have minimum 10,000-square-foot lots and that is what we are complying with.”
Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort & Suites is at 6160 N. Scottsdale Road in Paradise Valley.
Paradise Valley Town Council, at a special Feb. 25 meeting, opted to continue the matter at a public hearing Thursday, March 13 at Paradise Valley Town Hall, 6401 E. Lincoln Drive.
