The subdivision, known as Signal Butte Estates, is located at the south east corner of Broadway and Signal Butte Roads.
The seller in the transaction was Intravest Development LLC. According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Intravest Development LLC originally closed on the 13.03 acre raw site on June 26, 2013 for $1,300,000 ($99,770 per acre / $21,311 per planned lot).
The final plat for the subdivision was reviewed by the Mesa City Council at its February 24, 2014 meeting (click here to view the final plat).
