Westland Properties Group closes another Scottsdale infill property

According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), American Builders & Developers LLC (Von Dix and Howard Keim) closed on 12 platted and engineered townhome lots near downtown Scottsdale. The transaction closed March 24, 2014 for $1,200,000 ($100,000 per lot). The community, Trio on Woodmere Fairway, is located south and east of the southeast corner of Chaparral and Scottsdale Roads.
