In March, an encounter on between Ahwatukee Lakes-area homeowner Debra Whitcomb and ABM President Rob Robinson, witnessed by others, Whitcomb alleges Robinson acted in a threatening manner when she attempted to drop off ballots for the board of directors election.
Robinson claimed on April 1 to have received a telephoned death threat. Robinson, a former Phoenix police officer, reported it to police.
“The incident was recorded; no suspect has been identified,” Phoenix Police Sgt. Joel Tranter,” told The Arizona Republic.
