During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in El Mirage, Lennar’s Discovery at Thompson Ranch reported 19 sales since February 21, 2014. Lennar is offering floor plans ranging in size from 1,270 – 2,903 square feet and base price ranging from $142,990 – $203,990 (prices are up $3,000 from Belfiore’s last survey).
Lennar started building in Thompson Ranch in July of 2013. According to public record, Lennar purchased these 93 – 45’ x 112’ lots in December of 2012 for $2,046,000 ($22,000/lot) Click here to see affidavit. Lennar is selling these lots from its Discovery at Montecito location (also in El Mirage), which has 10 lots and 2 models remaining to sell once Thompson Ranch is sold out.
