The subdivision, Bel Agave, is located at the north east corner of Tomahawk Road and 19th Avenue in Apache Junction, Pinal County. The subdivision received final plat approval by the Apache Junction City Council at its February 18, 2014 meeting. The seller in the transaction was Acer Homes LLC.
Kauffman Homes is currently active at two other Apache Junction Communities: Broadway San Marcos and Jacob’s Ranch.
