Most of the homes in this area are built on small lots or are attached units, and Taylor Morrison benefited by being the only active builder providing a traditional single-family detached community in this submarket.
According to public record, Taylor Morrison purchased these partially improved lots on April 30, 2013 for $1,155,044 (Click here to view affidavit). This subdivision’s starting base prices on Belfiore’s February survey ranged from $199,990 – $247,990 and this most recent survey ranged from $213,990 – $262,990.
