Tempe and Chandler are united in their vision for a sprawling technology and corporate-office hub on Loop 101 that connects the Southeast Valley cities.
Chandler being home to tech-giant Intel has helped that city draw major corporations to the busy strip alongside the freeway dubbed the Price Road Corridor.
In Tempe, Arizona State University’s Research Center is recognized as a Valley model for the type of sprawling amenities-filled center that attracts innovative technology businesses and major corporations. The 320-acre park includes three lakes, more than 6 miles of jogging trails, picnic ramadas, high-tech labs for university research-and-development projects and more than 20 private companies.
