KB Home opened two new communities in its Desert Passage subdivision; Cliffrose and Watercress. The Cliffrose subdivision ranges in size from 1,786 – 2,862 square feet and price from $139,990 – $181,990. The Watercress subdivision ranges in size from 2,303 – 3,726 square feet and in price from $178,990 – $217,990.
