Chuck E. Cheese bought 2.5 acres of the former Magic Carpet Golf site at 6109-6125 E. Speedway for $1.3 million to build a 15,000 square-foot restaurant. Greg Furrier and Paul Hooker with Picor represented the seller, Chapman Automotive Group.

School House Development LLC bought 6.3 acres of land at 732 W. Roger Road from Brandy Scott Patterson for $500,000. Patrick Welchert, of Picor, represented the buyer and Peter Saavedra and Patti Brown of Long Realty represented the seller.

LEASES

SolarCity Inc. leased 11,130 square feet at 2301 N. Forbes from Broadbent Square LLC. The landlord was represented by Tucson Industrial Realty LLC.
