A swath of land zoned for office space or multifamily development will go up for auction at the end of April.
Nearly six acres of vacant land on Thornydale Road near Ina Road will be auctioned for a minimum bid of $350,000 on April 29.
The property sits on an incline and offers “spectacular views,” said Douglas Johnson, managing director of CBRE Auction Services. He said the benefit of selling it via auction versus traditional sale is that the transaction will be completed after the timed, two-hour online auction. An initial deposit of $25,000 is required in order to participate in the auction.
