The city of Flagstaff is keeping mum on its negotiations with a property owner for a piece of land for the city’s new public works yard.
On April 2, the city released a memo updating councilmembers on the progress of finding a new location for the yard.
This time the city got nine offers, instead of the one proposal they got in June 2012. Staff also state that they have started negotiating with one of the interested property owners. The memo does not state who the seller is, where the property is located or how much he is asking for the property.
