APS expects fee on new solar users to hold steady

A relatively warm winter hurt the company’s financial results

Arizona Public Service Co. officials said they don’t anticipate any changes in the $5 a month fee on new solar users that began this year.

They were asked about getting the fee increased Friday during a conference call discussing quarterly profits.
