Capstone Cottages is going the other direction with a community of two to three story duplexes and townhomes. Set in a village configuration, Capstone Development proposes a neighborhood, with clubhouse and pool, that sits like a slice of suburbia on Lindon Lane near Priest Drive and University Avenue, Tempe. The concept, on the former campus of the Cook Theological School, is designed to fit into a residential neighborhood.
