Five lots combined for 220 unit apartments at 20th St. and Indian School

A new 220-unit apartment complex is proposed for 20th Street and Indian School Road in Phoenix. The complex, in the Camelback East Village, is designed by Offices of Rich Barber Architecture, LLC. The project is in front of the village planning committee on Tuesday and the Phoenix Planning Commission the following week.

The four story plus lofts, L-shaped project consolidates several smaller lots adjoining single family homes and requires a rezoning to bring the development site into one apartment district.
