Sixteen banners now hang from light posts boasting a “Super City” and a “Super Game”

The campaign is part of a new branding effort to stoke local excitement and reach out to visitors

The new logo designs and banners were free to the city

The Glendale Convention and Visitors Bureau takes about a dozen calls a day from prospective travelers

The big game is eight months away, but downtown Glendale already is dressing up for next year’s Super Bowl — 16 banners hang from light posts and boast of a “Super City” and a “Super Game.”
