More housing units on the way for Glendale

With unanimous approval of three new rezoning applications, Glendale City Council last week continued to approve new housing developments that will bring homes and construction jobs.

Catania, a planned community from K-Hovnanian Homes, will allow for 79 homes at the corner of Glendale and 87th avenues. The property was annexed into Glendale in December 1983 and has been vacant for years.
