During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in its Williams Gateway North Submarket, Lennar’s Discovery at Morrison Ranch continued its pace by selling 27 homes in the last two months. Since opening in February of 2014, Lennar has sold 47 homes. Located on the southwest corner of Sossaman and Guadalupe Roads in Mesa, Lennar’s floor plans range in size from 1,640 – 2,920 square feet and base price from $ 214,990 – $264,990. Lennar purchased these 50’ x 115’ lots in December of 2012 for $2,527,464 ($20,220 per platted and engineered lot / $404 per platted and engineered front foot) (Click here to view affidavit).
