During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in its Queen Creek Submarket, six communities had opened for sale. Below is a list of all the subdivisions recently opened.
Mill’s Run by AV Homes Located off of Ocotillo and Kenworthy Road, AV Homes has 139 – 61’ x 115’ lots.
Country Park Estates by Brookside Homes Located near Hawes and Riggs Roads, Brookside Homes has 22 – 154 ‘ x 283’ lots.
Copper Basin by DR Horton Located off of Copper Mine Road and Hunt Highway, DR Horton is selling 3 different products. One has 188- 50’ x 120’ lots, another has 177 – 45’ x 120’ lots, and the smallest has 66 – 40’ x 120’ lots.
Hastings Farms by Cresleigh Homes Located off of Ellsworth and Chandler Heights Roads, Cresleigh Homes has 2 products it is selling. The largest has 127 – 70’ x 120’ lots and the smallest has 168 – 55’ x 110’ lots.
Hastings Farms by Maracay Homes– Located off of Ellsworth and Cloud Roads, Maracay Homes has 89 – 70’ x 135’ lots.
Regency at Quail Creek by K Hovnanian Homes Currently pre-selling from Regency at Carrara Estates, K. Hovnanian has 47 – 90’ x 145’ lots at this community located off of Sossaman and Queen Creek Roads.
