Paradise Valley candidates discuss property tax stance

Paradise Valley residents will participate in an all-mail election on Tuesday, Aug. 26, where voters will be asked to elect a new community volunteer to every elected seat on the local dais.

Amidst the upcoming primary election, Paradise Valley Town Manager Jim Bacon has announced his resignation for early 2015, coincidentally when the new members of Paradise Valley Town Council will be sworn in.

Mr. Bacon’s announcement comes on the heels of both Councilman Dan Schweiker and Councilwoman Pam Kirby making their intentions public to resign their post on the local governing board.
