Pinal County plans $36M in street CIP over 5 years

Fast-growing Pinal County is still struggling financially to exit the recession, and its five-year capital spending plan for transportation shows no long-term relief. The county in the middle of the Sun Corridor between Phoenix and Tucson plans to spend $36.2M over the next five years, and one third of the will be spent this fiscal year. The county is seeking public comment on the five-year plan covering the current year and the next four fiscal years.
