Pulte Homes buys 212 Blandford Homes lots

Westland Properties Group closed a transaction that consisted of three Blandford Homes assets purchased by Pulte Homes. On May 16, 2014, Pulte Homes purchased The Estates at 44th Street located at the northeast corner of 44th Street and Dynamite Boulevard in Phoenix, Arizona. The site consists of 44 Platted and Engineered Lots that are 60’ x 120’. The cash purchase price was $4,400,000 ($100,000 per lot).

The second asset purchased by Pulte Homes was the 30.18 Gross / 28.93 Net Acre Calabria site located north of the northwest corner of Cooper and Chandler Heights Roads in Chandler, Arizona. The site consists of 97 Platted and Engineered Lots with a minimum Lot Size 60’ x 125’. The cash purchase price was $6,985,000 ($72,010 per Lot).

The third asset also purchased by Pulte Homes was the Adobe Meadows site located south of the southwest corner of Brown and Signal Butte Road in Mesa, Arizona. The site consists of 71 Platted and Engineered Lots that are 70’ x 140’. The cash purchase price was $4,393,000 ($61,873 per Lot).

The Seller in all three transactions was Land Holdings Investment Co, a division of Blandford Homes. Grant D. Helgeson and Don McCaul represented both parties in the transactions.
