Out-of-state firms propose senior living communities in Casa Grande

Casa Grande’s Planning and Zoning Commission has okayed a pair of senior housing proposals on adjoining parcels. The first is a senior living community and an assisted living center (ALC) with memory care. Caliche Senior Living is an apartment-style building on about five acres. Just to the north, the second project, Villas Plus by Mary T, is a series of attached-style single level homes on around 11 acres. Adjoining both new projects to the east is an existing senior community, The Villas by Mary T. The Villas and Caliche, developed by separate owners, will be interconnected.
