It seemed a good idea at the time. A mix of a four story contemporary apartment with carriage units over the garages at 20th Street and Indian School Road, Phoenix. City staff liked it, and recommended that both the village and city planners approve the infill project. Staff is still recommending approval to the city council. The development would consolidate several smaller lots and underdeveloped properties.
