June 16, the Avondale City Council approved Parkside, Ridgewood Real Estate Partners’ 784 lot master plan located at the southwest corner of Indian School Road and 99th Avenue.

Parkside is a master plan in the City’s Freeway Corridor. It emphasizes walkability, featuring a central park and three transit stops.
