During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in its North Peoria Submarket, Taylor Morrison’s Encore at Northlands had sold 15 homes since the last survey on April 25. Since opening in February, Taylor Morrison has sold 36 of the 49 lots in its first phase, with 11 lots unavailable to sell as they contain the three models and the surrounding dirt lots. Only two completed inventory homes remain to sell, and those are being sold from the Passage Collection at Northlands. According to the sales agent on site, another phase is currently being developed, and they anticipate sales to start in August or September.
