Mark Taylor Inc. and Kitchell Development Co. unload Chandler Apartments for $65 Million

Chandler apartmentsAccording to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Alma School Apartments LLC (Mark Taylor / Kitchell Joint Venture Entity) sold its 2012 constructed, 383-unit Parcland Crossing Apartment Complex to an entity formed byAlmon Investment Group out of Seattle, Washington (Parcland Crossing Apartments LLC). The deal closed June 17, 2014, for $65,000,000 ($169,713 per unit). The complex is located just east of the southeast corner of Alma School Road and Willis Road in Chandler. Unit sizes range from 744 square foot one-bed units to 1,638 square foot three–bed units. Rental rates, obtained from Trulia.com, range from $850 – $1,790.
