Mesa Riverview office park to bring space for 1,700 jobs

Fresh off the wildly successful opening of Cubs Park and a hotel groundbreaking this spring, Mesa’s Riverview area has more to celebrate as Valley developers announced plans for 250,000 square feet of new office space in the sprawling mixed-use project.

The 20-acre project will complete the partially built Riverview Point office park at Alma School Road and Bass Pro Drive, next to the Hyatt Place hotel and Cinemark movie theater. Construction is slated to begin this fall and wrap up in late 2015.
