ORION Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce the 20,000 square foot lease for Reputation.com’s regional sales office in Tempe, Arizona. The property, Anasazi Office Building, is located at 1840 East Guadalupe Road and is owned by Nelson Ranch, Ltd based in Scottsdale.
“This was a great opportunity for both the landlord and Rep.com to expand into a property that had been vacant for a couple of years. The City of Tempe benefits from a new regional sales office that will generate higher paying jobs as well,” says Nick Miner, CCIM, and Vice President at ORION.
Reputation.com has been planning an expansion for a regional sales office for some time and intends to hire as many as 150 people by 2015. One of the regional managers was from Tempe and suggested Tempe as a potential candidate for the new office. Upon touring several options, the property selected fit many of their requirements: location to freeways, retail amenities and overall economics of the transaction. “Arizona is home to a vibrant and growing tech community,” said Michael Fertik, Reputation.com’s CEO and Founder. “The quality, energy and entrepreneurial nature of the workforce here make this a very exciting place for Reputation.com’s newest expansion.”
