The calendar may say summer is still a few weeks away, but area house hunters, sellers and real estate agents know the truth: Summer has indeed arrived, and that calls for a few tweaks to the normal order of business.
Valerie Randall, who with husband and Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty business partner Charlie Randall has several decades’ worth of experience in the industry, said real estate activity in the Valley typically slows in summer.
She expects the same this year, despite witnessing strong sales since March and some unusual overall market conditions recently.
