In the wake of the retirement of long-time Biltmore Bank of Arizona President Jeff Gaia, Richard Endicott is now at the helm of the local bank. But despite the shift in leadership, Endicott said little will change at the bank.
“The least amount of change that takes place in a bank, the more boring it is, the more people like it,” Endicott said. “The last thing that you want to change is your bank.”
