With construction of the Vistancia Boulevard Bridge over the Central Arizona Project canal complete and road development around it now under way, the second phase of Vistancia in northwest Peoria has begun.

Rated one of the nation’s top-50 master-planned communities by John Burns Real Estate Consulting, the community is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

The developer, Dallas-based Stratford Co., purchased the 7,100-acre project in 2009.
